P1 Charity Golf Tourney Benefits McPherson Hospital
INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - The annual ÃÈÂÜÉç Charity Golf Tournament raised $10,624 for the McPherson Hospital Foundation.
ÃÈÂÜÉç has hosted a Charity Golf Tournament each year since 1993, designating a variety of charities as recipients over the years. P1 office associates, field associates and their guests enjoy the chance to get together and help out a worthy cause.
The tournament raises money with pay-to-play challenges throughout the course, such as a putting contest and a hit-the-green-off-the-tee contest. A raffle of generous prizes donated by ÃÈÂÜÉç vendors also raises funds, and ÃÈÂÜÉç matches the tournament total with an additional donation.
The tournament, played at the Drumm Farm Golf Club in Independence, MO, on September 19, featured 35 four-man teams. For the third year in a row, the first place A-flight winners were Ricky Rohaus, Scott Duncan, Josh Short and Brock Hall with a score of 57.
